GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. - The O-K Red Conference is both the best on this side of the state and the wildest.

They all just beat up on each other.

At the moment, there is a four-way tie for first place with 5-2 records.

That means all eight teams in the O-K Red have at least two losses.

Last week alone, Hudsonville beat East Kentwood and Grand Haven. Then Rockford destroyed a really good Grandville team 47-21.

This week, Rockford hosts Grand Haven on Friday. Grand Haven beat the Rams 59-53 back on Jan. 6. But Grand Haven has struggled of late, losing three games in a row in the conference before beating West Ottawa.

Rockford won the O-K Red last season. But there is no clear-cut favorite this year.
